Description
This is a double story, four bedroom family house and is designed for a site with entry from the street on the western boundary. The style is contemporary but with large roof overhangs to control the sun. This house has been designed for a relatively flat site and a narrow stand with a long west/east axis. All the living rooms and bedrooms face north with a balcony the first floor main bedroom and covered patio on the north east side of the Living area.
